Recovered the dead body after 11 days of the retired army in Mirzapur

Police recovered the half-molten dead body of Army’s retired subedar SM Abdul Malek (80) after 11 days of disappearance at Mirzapur in Tangail. On Sunday afternoon, his body was recovered from a rice field from Pakulla village under Jamurki union of the upazila. S S Abdul Malek was the resident of Goran village of Jamurki Union of the Upazila.

According to police and family sources, Abdul Malek left his house on October 18 at 11 am. Later, on October 19, his son filed a general diary with Mirzapur Police Station. After 11 days of his disappearance, the locals informed the police to see his half-molten dead body in a paddy field in Pakulla village of the upazila on Sunday afternoon.

Mirzapur Police Station AKM Mizanul Haque, officer in charge said that the recovered dead body was sent to the Tangail General Hospital for autopsy after receiving information from the residents. But what has happened to his death is still mysterious.
