Next testimony of Faruk murder case on first November

The date of testimony of freedom fighter Faruk murder case has rearranged again. The next day is scheduled for November 1 this year.

Amanur Rahman Khan Rana, the main accused of the of freedom fighter Faruk murder case and the present MP of Ghatail (Tangail-3) has got admitted to Medical College Hospital due to illness from Kashimpur Central Jail-1. That is why he was found absent and the testimony was not held.

The trial began on Wednesday morning in the first court of Additional District and Sessions Judge of Tangail.

Monirul Islam Khan, Additional prosecutor of the case, said that the court judge Abul Mansur Mia sat in the Agassal at 11am and started the proceedings in the first sensational murder case. The prosecution filed a petition in the case against the complainant Nahar Ahmed, son Ahmed Majid Sumon and daughter Farzana Ahmed Mithun. After the hearing of the prosecution and the defendant, the judge fixed the date for the hearing on November 1, the next date of the case, because the main accused is not present. Advocate Abdul Gafur and Advocate Joahrul Islam Joah assisted him in this case. On the other hand, the defendants were Advocate Abdul Bakh, Zahirul Islam Zahir and some others.

It is to be noted that the hearing of the case has rescheduled for six times due to illness of main accused Tangail-3 (Ghatail) MP Amanur Rahman Khan. The charges were filed on September 6.
